All this should be in place by end of summer 2024.She is located in the highly desirable Point Street area with access (and gorgeous views) to the Sound beach and all of it's wonderful peacefulness and tranquility. Bring the family; we offer 4 bedrooms and 4 baths and we will sleep a total of 12 by end of summer 2024. When you enter our home you are welcomed by our bright spacious kitchen perfect for vacation! Have the entire family get together and prepare that great lowcountry meal that you never have time to cook back home and sit down at our large dining room table and enjoy it. AND we now have two refrigerators! Our kitchen, dining room and family room all have a beautiful tranquil view of the Sound. Enjoy that book (or favorite magazine) you've been wanting to read on your screen porch or go on to one of the two sundecks and relax on one of the lounge chairs and take a nap. It's your vacation! Take the kids to play on the beach and afterward come back and take a hot shower in the outdoor shower room; the kids love it (the adults do also)! Like to host cookouts? On our main level we have yet another large porch with a custom made table to seat the entire family while you have a fun cookout. Afterward play a game of Bocci or football; our yard is large enough for all of it! Need some wind down time? No problem; we have a TV in every bedroom!
