The well-equipped kitchen has plenty of space for the chef in your group to cook up a feast. Free WiFi and cable TVs in every room will keep everyone entertained in case a brief afternoon shower interrupts your sunny day on the beach. Dual living areas and fantastic bed arrangements make this home away from home a perfect option for families and small groups. (There are two bedrooms and one bathroom with separate entry downstairs.) Did we mention that the beach is right across the street? Relax to views of the ocean from the sun deck and glass porch. The private pool is the centerpiece for lounging and playing and will have you enjoying your time outside as much as your relaxation inside. The ground-level patio and pool area are equipped with comfortable seating and a grill for the family chef. Any worries will drift away with the sweet ocean breeze as you embrace island time. THINGS TO KNOWSmoking is strictly prohibited on-site.Per the Edisto Beach Police Dept, due to this home's location on Palmetto Blvd, golf cart(s) cannot be driven to or from this property.If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
