A few of the nearby places to visit include Bay Creek Park, Edisto Beach State Park, Edisto Island Serpentarium, and Botany Bay Heritage Preserve.This retreat is the perfect place for outdoor living, featuring a fabulous enclosed backyard with beautiful native trees, including lowcountry live oaks and tall palmettos. For an additional fee, you can enjoy the heated pool with an attached pool spa, a BBQ area with a gas grill, and a covered ground-floor patio complete with an outdoor dining area and a smart TV. An outdoor restroom and shower are also available. As you enter this multi-level retreat, you are welcomed by a bright and airy open floor plan with hardwood floors throughout. The living room is the perfect spot to relax and unwind, with a cozy sectional right in front of a large smart TV with Xfinity Live TV. The chef of the group will love preparing meals in the well-appointed open kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. The designated laundry room with a washer/dryer is attached to the kitchen. The living room opens onto a screened porch with a dining area overlooking the pool, making it the perfect spot to dine, play board games and cards, and create everlasting memories. There are two bedrooms on this level, including a primary suite with a smart TV, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bath. The second level houses a sunny family room with a smart TV and a Connect Four game, a coffee bar with a Keurig coffee maker, and three additional bedrooms, each with a smart TV.Things to KnowCheck-in time: 4:00 p.m.Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa.
