Guest bedroom three and four share a Jack n Jill bath. This bathroom has a double sink vanity and walk-in shower. All of the bathrooms have hairdryers and makeup mirrors. Bedroom three has a Queen bed and bedroom four has a King.The fully stocked kitchen is a culinary haven, equipped with an oversized kitchen sink, quartz countertops, and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, including a ZLine Gas cooktop and range. Off the kitchen is the large laundry/ Butler's Pantry. A full size-stacked LG washer and dryer make any laundry chore a breeze! The expansive Soapstone counter top has a sink and coffee station, with a single cup and 12 cup Keurig, plus an electric tea kettle. The owners have left ample beach towels in the linen closet. The powder bath has a beautiful tiled wall.Dining becomes an experience at the large table accommodating eight guests, and sliding doors open up to the screen porch for seamless indoor-outdoor living. You will find multiple games and puzzles in the great room cabinets.The great room, featuring an oversized sectional sofa and a 75" Smart TV, creates an inviting hub for gatherings. Sliding doors open to the covered deck, blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor spaces. Before heading out to the deck, mix up a batch of your favorite beverages at the bar. There will be plenty of cubes, with the built-in ice maker. Chill your wine in the beverage refrigerator. Bring your Spotify and hook into the full house, including outdoor pool area and Sonos system.The pool area beckons with an outdoor bar, refrigerator, and outdoor shower. Enjoy poolside relaxation with six chaises, a table with an umbrella and four chairs, and a variety of pool toys. The LED lighting and water feature add a touch of enchantment to the pool area. Cool off in the 14' x 28' saltwater pool. Depending on the weather, the pool can be heated or cooled (for an additional fee of $500: 24 hours advance notice required.) 10:00 PM CURFEW FOR POOL USAGE.The three-car garage is a hub of fun and convenience, with an LSV charging port for electric vehicles, as well as games like cornhole. Beach essentials, including six beach chairs and a beach wagon, are also at your disposal.You will find the main Beach Club area of Seabrook Island just a mile down the road. Here you will find the Island House, home to two 18 hole championship golf courses and multiple dining venues. The Beach Club boasts two oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar, Captain Sam's Poolside Grill, and the Osprey Cafe (all seasonal.) Just up the road from your home is the Lake House, home to the fitness center, indoor pool outdoor pool, playground and outdoor basket ball court. The Equestrian Horse Farm and Racquet Sports Center is also located at the top end of the island. Enjoy the 15 Har-Tru clay tennis courts or practice Pickleball. Additional fees are charged for all Club activities except outdoor pool usage. Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment. Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 6 GATE PASSES TOTAL (including LSV)Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.Cancellation Policy:For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee.
