It is an up and coming revitalized neighborhood, surrounded by gorgeous old oak trees. Serene and private, it is a perfect gathering spot for a celebration with friends and family. The neighborhood is very quiet, and has 24 hour patrolled security. Please note the houses directly next to Hobson House are unoccupied. The Admiral's House, School House and other remodeled houses are approximately .10 mile away towards Riverfront Park.Guest accessAs part of this rental you'll have access to the entire house, garage, and yard; there is also plenty of parking for you and your guests.
