Absolute Tranquility Place New listing!Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun!Our place is located in the Lighthouse Point peninsula between Pompano and Deerfield Beach. Walking distance to the Marina with the beautiful sights and outdoor dining at Cap’s Place; where they take you on a small boat ride across the intracoastal for dinner! or Nauti Dawg restaurant known for a great food & people. We love this location & hope you will do too!The spaceA private entrance, free parking for 2 cars on our private driveway. Key-less entry - great for late arrivals & early departures. A comfortable living room with a smart TV with easy access to any of your fave networks & YouTube TV channels! There are also smart TVs in each bedroom. Also a small office desk in one of the bedrooms if you need to work. Each of 3 bedrooms have a private bathroom that's been newly renovated. There is a whole separate formal dining room in case you'd like to have a small gathering, but only till 11pm (see house rules). The sliding doors open up to a private and fenced backyard with a new Hot Tub w/heated water if you'd like for the evening or cold one for the hot day. Relax and enjoy a nice glass of wine and reminisce with your loved ones about the day's events. Enjoy major restaurants, markets, shopping and beautiful Pompano beach just 2 miles away.Guest accessThis house is a duplex, so there's East & West entrances. Please look for the West entrance; it's going to be on your right when you face the house from the driveway. Code for key-less entry will be sent to you by Lana 24 hours before your arrival. Checking in time is 3pm and as late as you need to be.Other things to notePlease note; we have a 5 day prior to arrival cancellation policy with 90% money back.
