This charming Kiawah Island vacation rental is a Turtle Cove Villa that features 3 bedrooms, a lovely screened porch, and lagoon views. The villa is only a 5-minute walk to the beach. When you enter the main living space, you will notice the villa has been updated with hardwood floors, smooth ceilings, and recessed lighting. The living room offers comfortable seating for enjoying conversation or watching the flat screen TV. To the left, you will find the fully equipped, open kitchen. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and everything you will need to prepare your vacation meals. The breakfast bar offers seating for 3 and the dining area has table with seating for up to 6. Just past the dining area, is an entrance to the screened porch. The spacious screened porch is incredibly peaceful and a wonderful place to relax. This unit has 3 bedrooms; each with its own private, en suite bathroom. All bathrooms were recently renovated. The master bedroom has a queen bed, access to the screened porch, flat screen TV and a private bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom with walk-in shower. The final bedroom has two twin beds, flat-screen TV, and attached bathroom with shower/tub combo. The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park. Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining. Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours! RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.
