Beautiful and serene home in the country but close to evderything . Handi -cap friendly with wide doors, seat and grab bars in shower. Enjoy the city, while staying in the country. This brand new cottage is spacious, the setting serene; you'll have plenty of room to roam. There is a great porch for rocking and viewing the birds, while on the edge of a Working Palm Tree farm that you can stroll through. If you prefer, you can walk down the dock to chill on the creek. Le Cottage has an open floor plan. The kitchen and living room are attached , it becomes a lovely great room. With a giant kitchen, there is plenty of space for cooking, preparing, grazing or just hanging out. The living room, which is connected, has a gas fireplace and a big screen TV. The sofa is a queen size pullout! There is also, a big picture window to take in nature, the pond and all it has to offer. The master bedroom also has a big TV, an attached bathroom and a door to outside. It has a king size sleep number bed and full closet There is a handicap friendly shower and toilet area. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a bathroom very near to it. There is also storage and just a cozy atmosphere. Outside there is a great porch for hanging out on. You have a great view of the pond and a field of palm trees.This is a working Palm Farm with 5 acres you may want to meander about (after hours).. Further down the driveway you can walk up to the dock. It’s a nice long walk but well worth it. You'll be on Church Creek where you can chill or take a swim; Kayaks are available, just ask. Also, there are plenty of fish to be caught. Also, you can an also catch fish in the pond right up at the cottage. You'll be able to wander all around the cottage and about 5 acres of palm trees. You can also take a walk down the dock and chill on Church Creek. Go in the other direction there are loads of places to walk other dirt roads and then the paved road. If it’s biking you like, there’s about 20 miles of paved road that is beautiful. Sorry we do not have bikes for you to use though ask us and we can tell you where to rent them or bring your own! Our home is on another part of the property! Come say hi, but other than that, you've got lots of room troam.
