The spirit of the Bungalows is all about carefree romantic getaways or the ideal jumping off point for authentic Lowcountry adventures from this picturesque riverfront village. The Whimbrel offers a small kitchenette, Keurig style coffee maker, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, stand-alone ice maker, mini fridge, king bed and walk-in shower with tub. Washer/Dryer is not provided. There are 16 steps to enter the 2nd floor property. There is an outdoor shower under the bungalow in the garage. The outdoor porch is a perfect place to take in breathtaking coastal views. The Whimbrel is a part of the Kiawah River community on Johns Island. Kiawah River is located off Betsy Kerrison Parkway and a 5 minute drive to Kiawah Island, Seabrook Island and Freshfields Village. 25 minutes from downtown Charleston. Walk or bike the extensive network of trails, join a goat yoga class or book a kayak, boat or fishing tour that departs steps away from your bungalow. Occupancy is 2. Optional Spring House Amenity Center Access: Enjoy the Spring House fitness center, pools, jacuzzi hot tub and sauna for a daily fee of $50 per person payable at The Spring House. Construction: There are nearby homes and hotel under construction. Some construction noise can be heard from the home during working hours. Monday-Friday 7-7. Saturday 8-5.
