This charming standalone guest house is walking distance to The Spring House Amenity Center, The Dunlin Auberge Hotel, bike paths, pickle ball, and everything Kiawah River has to offer. Set behind the homeowner's main house, this relaxing sea cottage provides everything you need for your low country getaway. In the cottage, you can relax on a super comfortable king-sized bed. The bathroom is fitted with a stand-up shower, and we provide all basic toiletries such as towels, a hairdryer, iron, and an ironing board. Washer/Dryer, wireless internet and kitchen provide all you'll need while in town. There is parking on the left side of the driveway. Construction: There are nearby homes under construction. Some construction noise can be heard from the home during working hours. Monday-Friday 7-7. Saturday 8-5. The price reflects this and will increase upon completion. Optional Spring House Amenity Center Access: Enjoy the Spring House fitness center, pools, jacuzzi hot tub and sauna for a daily fee of $50 per person payable at The Spring House. Kiawah River is a 2,000-acre resort on Johns Island featuring 20 miles of waterfront and walking trails with a 100-acre working farm, luxury hotel, and 9,000-foot amenity center. The Kiawah River community looks across the Kiawah River to the Island of Kiawah and is just a five-minute drive to the Kiawah shopping and restaurant area, and 15 minutes to the beautifulsands of Kiawah Island beaches. Kiawah River is located off Betsy Kerrison Parkway and 20 miles from downtown Charleston.THINGS TO KNOW:• No pets allowed.• This home does not include a golf cart or bikes. There is the option to rent. • Guests have access to one parking spot on the left side. There is also parking at the street.• This property has a 7 night booking minimum Booking Process:-Sewee Properties Booking Process: You must return Sewee Properties Streamsign Guest License Agreement before the booking is fully confirmed. This is sent via email and signed electronically. -Sewee Properties Cancellation Policy is 30 days. You will receive a full refund minus the 5% reservation fee is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date. No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
