The "Blue Bungalow" is in a great location, very close to neighborhood bars and restaurants! Lots of extra amenities to enjoy (free high-speed WIFI, screened in patio, foosball table and cornhole boards)!The space** What people love! **We have tried to think of everything you will need to relax while you’re on vacation. Here’s what people say they love most about this home:• New furnishings including memory foam mattresses in all bedrooms• Smart TVs in the den and 2 of the bedrooms• Screened in porch, quiet backyard• Foosball table, cornhole boards and plenty of board games!• Great location close to neighborhood bars and restaurantsThe den and 2 of the bedrooms feature Roku smart TVs so you can sign into your favorite streaming apps! There is also a 4k HD digital antenna in the den with all the network channels ready to go. The master bedroom features a super comfy memory foam KING bed, smart TV, USB charging ports in all bedside lamps and plenty of closet space! Both of the other 2 bedrooms are also well equipped with quality memory foam queen beds, high quality bedding and plenty of storage. If needed the den area sofa can be pulled out for an additional queen bed. There is a dedicated work space in the den if you need a quiet place to get some work done and a foosball table for when work is over! The dining room is furnished with a large table that is able to seat 8 for those big family dinners! In the bathroom we supply extra plush towels and luxury Gilchrist & Soames brand soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need to cook your favorite meals at home and we also supply a Keurig coffee maker and a few assorted pods. The large back porch is a great place for your morning coffee, and has a large table for dining outside as well. There is also a washer and dryer room located in the screened in porch.Guest accessGuest have full access to the home except for the owner's closet in the hallway.Please note there is a motion camera on the front of the home that can record any motion in its field of view.Parking for 5 vehicles.
