Located in the relaxed beach town of Folly Beach, the Charleston Oceanfront Villas is the only oceanfront, gated complex with 2 community pools. Both pools are open each year from April 1-October 31st, which add to the luxury! The villa underwent an incredible transformation from drab to FAB. New tile flooring runs through the entire condo. Gorgeous furniture can be found throughout. The living room has a sleeper sofa, creating extra sleeping space for 2. Custom built-in cabinetry with granite countertops can be found in each bedroom, allowing a little more space to spread out. The kitchen features the same alluring granite counters with custom cabinets, along with a fully equipped kitchen and wetbar. Like a page from a magazine, “Villa Carolina” embodies the best of coastal living! The living room is spacious enough, with cozy seating for the entire group. The kitchen and dining room are open to the living area, allowing everyone to hang out together after a long day in the sun. The balcony has a heavy duty bar-height table with chairs and 2 lounge chairs perfect for relaxing post-beach. The master suite has a king sized bed, a beautifully renovated private bathroom with two sinks and a grand walk-in tiled shower. The master bedroom also has it’s own access to the oceanfront balcony. The two guest bedrooms are towards the back of the condo on either side of the hallway. The queen bedroom has it’s own private bathroom while the twin bedroom bathroom shares access with the hallway. All bedrooms have direct access to a private bath. Charleston Oceanfront Villas "Villa Carolina" is perfect for family beach weeks, girls getaways, and group golf excursions. It is a top notch option from vacation rentals on Folly Beach. Soak in the coastal breeze or Carolina sun from your expansive oceanfront balcony or from two oceanfront pools hugging the Charleston Coast. This project will happen stack by stack, beginning on units ending in -23, and working toward the pier. There will be scaffolding up over each stack as work begins, and there may be loud noises associated with heavy work. Each section is blocked off according to work schedules, but construction times will vary based on weather conditions.
