Charleston Southern University, Cypress Gardens and many historic sites are just minutes away. 4.5 miles away from Naval Weapons Station. 10 miles to Nuclear Training School. The home is a solid brick home with oak hardwood flooring throughout, no yucky carpet!! The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and tiled backsplash. We offer small appliances like a toaster, coffee maker, crockpot and plenty of cookware, serving pieces. The dining table seats 6-8 comfortably with 3 barstools at counter and 4 additional dining chairs available. Enjoy the large, shaded backyard with a picnic table and gas grill. The quiet tree lined neighborhood is perfect for an evening walk.
