This property is just a short drive to the beach at Coffin Point, under 6 miles away from the Hunting Island State Park beach and lighthouse, approximately 20 minutes from downtown Beaufort, and 25 minutes to Parris Island.The home has been completely renovated with no detail missed. The kitchen has been upgraded with brand new stainless appliances and a 6-burner gas range. Large pantry area as well as a center island with seating perfect for family mealtimes and gatherings.This 4 bedroom 3-bathroom home sleeps up to 8 people. It has central heating/air conditioning. Laundry room with new washing machine and dryer.Features two master bedrooms. One master bedroom a king and large bathroom with double vanity sinks, an open shower, and a copper soaking bathtub. The other master bedroom has a queen bed and private bathroom. The third bedroom features a king bed and the fourth bedroom has two twins. Each bedroom has a smart TV. There is a private deep water dock if you want to crab or fish from the backyard. If you plan on bringing a boat please reach out to us prior to booking.Renters must be 25 or older. No parties or events. The capacity limit on the property is extremely strict. Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.
