As you enter this fourth floor condo you are greeted with floor to ceiling windows highlighting the amazing views of Broad Creek! The windows not only offer the views but tons of light. The cozy living room has a couch, 2 swivel chairs, dining room is open to the living room and has seating for 4-6. Overlooking the dining room is the completely remodeled kitchen, featuring granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, double oven, and of course the water views. | | The first bedroom is on the first floor and has a king bed, flat screen TV, and shares the hall bathroom with a shower and tub combo. 15 steps up a spiral staircase lead you to the master bedroom. This bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV, double vanity, large walk in shower and a Jacuzzi tub that overlooks the water. | | Shelter Cove Marina is only a couple of minute walk from the condo, with shops and restaurants as well as all of the island festivals only a short walk away.
