Be ready to soak up the lake life in this charming waterfront home on Lake Norman with deep water, great sunset views and quiet cove with long views.This property offers two living rooms, wet bar with an ice maker, a private beach, yard games, two kayaks, a paddle board, fire pit and two grills (gas and flat top griddle). The lower level makes the perfect space for a family fun game night. The expansive deck with roof is so close to the water's edge it makes you feel like you can touch the lake. Have your morning coffee on the dock and watch out for Henry the Heron who likes to perch on the dock. You will be on vacation mode the minute you arrive and will be ready for all the fun that the lake and surrounding area has to offer. The property is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, with a very private back yard and boasts over 200 feet of shoreline, dock with ladder and plenty of space for your boat.Don't forget to add a boat rental to your stay to get the most out of your Lake Norman experience! We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons - delivered right to your dock for your ease! Just ask us about boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you!*** Please note that garage parking is not available at this home.*** All bookings will require a signed lease agreement in order to be confirmed. Lease agreements must be signed within 7 days from booking to avoid cancellation and incurring a cancellation fee of $250.*** No weddings or events are permitted at this property.*** Pet fee of $150 per dog - up to two dogs allowed*** We cannot guarantee that the dock can accommodate specific types of boats. If you are bringing your own boat, please let us know so we can check the accommodations.*** We cannot guarantee lake levels as they do change daily.
