With multiple gathering areas both inside and out and a Modern Farm House design it’s perfect for either a single or Multi family Lake fun. Vacation. The new renovation includes the addition of a second master suite and living area to make two family stays easier and more comfortable for everyone. The Park like property has a fresh clean dock with, calm water and is angled for easy boat docking. It’s close to a Public boat launch and has all of Lake Normans amenities close by.As you enter, the open floor plan kitchen and family room come into view, along with the fantastic lake view. This area includes a large Family room with two huge comfortable sectional couches, great for watching movies, doing puzzles on the two large coffee tables or just chilling between activities. Giant sliding glass doors lead to an enormous screened porch with full lake views. It includes another sectional seating area, and a outdoor Dining table that seats 6. Also attached to the Family room is a dining area filled with a huge table with seating for 8 and there’s a sit-up bar for an additional 4 . The high end kitchen hosts a six burner gas range, a separate electric oven, microwave, two full-size refrigerator units, dishwasher and a coffee bar. Also on this floor is the two master suites, each has King size beds, their own coffee bars, seating area and ensuite bathrooms. In addition there’s a full Laundry room with washer and dryer for your use. Upstairs is targeted as the kids zone. There’s two Bunkrooms, one with two bunk beds, each has a single top bunk, a double lower and a single trundle. The other has two single beds, and a bunk bed with a single top, double lower. There’s also a full bathroom, and a special private cozy nook with a full-size bed. The outdoor area includes two large decks, one off the kitchen/screenroom that has a Weber Grill, a bistro table with chairs and a Outdoor Ping Pong table. There’s another off the new Master Suite that has two sitting areas for morning coffee, catching up on emails, or just relaxing. A couple of steps down lead to a oversized patio where the Hot tub, fire pit, and outside bar combine to make for a great daytime or nighttime hangout area. Walkways lead to a beautiful Dock that has a large sitting area, 2 Kayaks, and two Paddle boards. There’s also a boat lift and a swimming ladder for people and one for dogs which are welcome on the property.Denver NC is centrally located to highways and airports with access by land or water to some of Lake Norman’s fine restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. There’s also Golf within 3 min of the property.This amazing home will certainly offer you the opportunity to live “The Lake Life” and create memories that will be talked about for a lifetime.
