Enjoy Lake Norman & Charlotte with all of its attractions!-WIFI & Roku included. -Free Laundry facilities. -Pet friendly Open and spacious home, very clean, plenty of cupboard space for folks who have longer stays and prefer to buy their groceries rather than eating out. Coffee, creamers, sugar and sweetness provided. Private parking We want our guests to feel completely comfortable so we give them their space and privacy. However, they can feel free to call us for any reason, anytime if they need anything or have any questions. Relatively quiet neighborhood of mixed manufactured homes in a country like setting (You May hear a rooster crow now and then) Very close to grocery stores, shopping and plenty of attractions You will have private parking- enough room for boats, trucks or RV's. Neighborhood is within a few minutes to Lake Norman and not far to many other attractions. Grocery stores, restaurants and shops very close as well. The property is in a quiet country-like community of mixed mobile homes. You might even hear a rooster in the morning or the neighborhood pig taking a stroll lol. This particular property is nice because its tucked away and private. What is great about the location is that you would be within minutes to tons of great local restaurants and shopping. Most are within 5-15 minutes but you could travel a little further and be in downtown Charlotte within 35 minutes or so where there is TONS to do. The property is also close to boat and paddle board rentals if you want to enjoy time on the lake and about 30 minutes to Lake Norman State park where there is plenty of outdoor activities and a public beach for swimming. The Charlotte Speedway, Nascar Museum and Whitewater Center are also al about 30-40 minutes away. So plenty to do close by but also a nice back deck to just chill and relax if feel like staying in.
