Cozy home with thoughtful details throughout. Surrounded by nature yet adjacent to the University of Rhode Island and near hiking trails, restaurants, train station and beaches. We look forward to hosting you - Jess & DjThe spacevery quaint and cozy. small spaces in the original house with a spacious and light filled new kitchen space complete with wood burning stove.Potential for noise — Our home is on the corner of a main street near the campus of URI. There is the potential for vehicle noise.*WINTER NOTES* kitchen / dining area is not heated by radiator heat as is throughout the rest of the home. This space is heated by a space heater and / or by the wood burning stove. The wood burning stove can be fun, but requires attention and stoking while in use. It would not be a suitable option for use with small children.
