Easy and spacious house to share with other families. 3 floors each with a full bath. 3 bedrooms on the first floor. 2 on the 2nd and 2 on the 3rd. Fire pit in the huge, 2 acre yard with plenty of parking and fire wood. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and everything you need to entertain. Regular coffee maker and toaster are there. All beds are QUEEN size except for 1st floor left bedroom which is a full size. Sleep 14. Easy drive to many beaches. (Narragansett, Scarborough, Rodger Wheeler, East Matunuck, Galilee, Newport) You can purchase a parking pass to all state beaches online for $60. . Many restaurants and activities nearby. Ten minutes to Jamestown, 20 minutes to Newport, 3 minutes to URI and 10 minutes to Yawgoo waterslides and pool. . Super easy drive to Newport and JamestownYou can ask for a late check out.
