The Amtrack train station and bike path are nearby as well! This house is perfect for a small family or a couple that is looking to explore southern RI! The house offers an open layout with a sectional sofa in the living room and a kitchen fully stacked with all of your cooking and dining necessities! The island has four comfortable stools with plenty of space to play games, enjoy meals, or just sip a cup of coffee and relax! There is one private bedroom with a king size bed and a walk in closet. The living room also features a pullout couch to accommodate extra guests! A pack n play is available upon request. We charge an additional $250 cleaning fee if our team finds any evidence of pets inside the home.- When leaving the home, please turn off all lights and set heat to 68 degrees (or AC to 80 degrees)
