Rental includes cable and wi-fi as well as a beach pass to the local Matunuck Town Beach. Large inground pool, patio and porch for entertaining. The home has three bedrooms on the upper level with two full baths. The eastern wing has a Master Bedroom with a spacious bathroom that includes a washer and dryer. The lower basement area has two bedrooms with twin and bunk beds that will sleep six. These rooms are best suited for kids to enjoy a summer camping experience. Not ideal for adults seeking creature comforts. The expansive grounds offer plenty of room for outdoor privacy and room for outdoor games. Longer term discounted winter rentals are available
