Pettaquamscutt offers a private neighborhood beach with a boat ramp and kayak rentals!This 4 bedroom, 2 full bath home features an open floor plan, vaulted ceiling, central air on the upper level, hardwood floors, and spacious deck. The updated kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and center bar that seats 3. Open to the kitchen is the dining room (the dining room table seats 6) and family room. The upper level also has a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and two bedrooms, both bedrooms have queen size beds. The lower level boasts a secondary sitting room, two more bedrooms with queen size beds, laundry, and another full bath with shower stall only. A newly installed spacious deck is found outside with a table that seats 4 with an umbrella, and a gas grill. Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made prior to arrival (bed-making is only provided once; multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation fee and all applicable state and local tax.
