Town Beach 5 bdrm Victorian! Looking for a rental that can accommodate up to 12 people? Charming large beach home less than a 1/2 mile walk to Narragansett Town Beach, many shops and restaurants. This five bedroom Victorian located in the Pier provides plenty of room for a large crowd. Three full bathrooms on second floor and a half bath off of the newly renovated kitchen. A Bonus room and screened in Sun Room allow groups to gather together, and find space for independent lounging.This property is managed by Narragansett Properties, we are available to guests when needed.A lovely backyard provides additional space for grilling and stretching out in the sun after a long day at the beach; and a heated outdoor shower for when you return from the beach. Make summer memories that will last a lifetime!**Bed sheets, bath towel sets, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bathmats will arrive in a big linen bag at your doorstep. The items are packaged in plastic to ensure that each renter is given a fresh set for their stay. This will mean making the beds, as I like to make sure that is understood as part of our efforts to put our renters' minds at ease regarding the cleanliness of the linens. Starter supplies are provided with each rental. Starter sets include at least: one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a new sponge, and small bars of hand soap in each bathroom. Guests will need to bring anything they'll need beyond those starter supplies.
