Leave your car parked all week and walk to the many attractions Narragansett Pier has to offer, including Narragansett Town Beach, coffee shops, ice cream, casual and fine dining, art gallery and library. This gem is located on historic Boon Street and is only one block from Crazy Burger, three blocks from the Coast Guard House.The owners had the kitchen and both full bathrooms renovated and provide every amenity their guests could want, including new mattresses, a/c units, enclosed outdoor shower, yard games, lobster pot and air mattress for additional guests. The first floor bedroom offers a queen sized bed and the adjacent full bathroom has a stall shower as well as access to the washer and dryer. The second floor offers two bedrooms, one with a full sized bed with one twin trundle underneath and a TV, another full bathroom, and the third bedroom with a queen sized bed.The large backyard and patio are perfect for relaxing as well as having fun after a long day at the beach and exploring Narragansett! The owners provide fun yard games, a patio table with umbrella, chairs and a gas grill and beach chairs. Parking for five off street vehicles is provided.Please note during the summer season June 17 - September 4 this rental requires a seven night minimum. Check-in is no earlier than 3:00 on Saturday and check-out is no later than 10:00 the following Saturday. All properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized between stays.Commercially laundered linen packages are provided for the occupancy of the property. This includes linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and facecloth) for each occupant, hand towel and bath mat for each bathroom and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not provided unless otherwise specified on the listing. Guests staying for more than one week will incur an additional linen charge. Guests can opt to bring their own linens for a credit.
