Lovely Narragansett Pier Vacation Home! Walk to local amenities & beach! Come relax and enjoy one of Rhode Islands best beach towns. This well-equipped house is conveniently located 0.7 miles from Narragansett Town Beach. Also within close walking distance are restaurants, shopping, a playground, basketball court and more.This home is professionally managed by Narragansett Properties. We are available to guests as needed.This home is 0.2 miles to the Sea Wall, Coast guard house is 0.3 miles, Crazy burger, the Bike Stop Café, PJ’s and Trios are about a quarter mile or so from the house. And of course, Narragansett Town Beach is 0.7 miles!This home features four bedrooms, two bathrooms and sleeps ten! You will find a beautifully upgraded home (as of 2019) in the heart of the Pier. It includes central AC, finished basement area with a built in desk for working, a laundry room, a TV in every bedroom and the two common areas. This home also features a lush, private, fenced in backyard perfect for spending time with loved ones, hot/cold outdoor shower, a deck with a table and chairs and a picnic table, two grills, lobster pots, etc! Plus, five beach chairs, a beach cart, and toys in the shed!**Bed sheets, bath towel sets, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bathmats will arrive in a big linen bag at your doorstep. The items are packaged in plastic to ensure that each renter is given a fresh set for their stay. This will mean making the beds, as I like to make sure that is understood as part of our efforts to put our renters' minds at ease regarding the cleanliness of the linens. Starter supplies are provided with each rental. Starter sets include at least: one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a new sponge, and small bars of hand soap in each bathroom. Guests will need to bring anything they'll need beyond those starter supplies.
