They will be available during your entire stay!Guests will have access to only the guest house. You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement. - Must be over 25 to rent this home. - When you stay with HOSTÎE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for any accidents that might happen up to $1500 with the added fee of $39 in your total. Coverage details are spelled out in your rental agreement. This is applied to directing bookings & VRBO bookings (this does not apply to Airbnb bookings).-Pool: is NOT fenced. Please consider this when booking with children.-This property may have other guests on the property at the time of your stay in the Main House. The pool, fire pit, and grill is shared between the two houses.-It is possible for the main house to be booked during your stay.
