This is an amazing mix of old and new design. The stunning 36 ft fireplace with Mercury Glass Facade is the center piece of the magnificent 1600 sf great room. Herring Bone tile patterns look amazing with the queen posts of 150 years ago. A great place for a retreat, romantic holiday, reunion, the Round Top Antique shows, or just a quiet night. There are 5 bedrooms, an office and a loft that can be used to sleep everyone (16) people. A child's play room complete with slide and ball pit, top off the unique features. We are sure you will love the fantastic Oak tree or the many large patio areas to relax under/on.Be among the first to stay or plan your event. Rates listed are for the entire home per night. Contact us for individual rooms or to book your event - separate rates apply.Walk Through Overview:The Barn has a 40 ft by 70 ft footprint.Walking in front door you enter the 1600 SF great room with 36 high ceiling. The Stairway to upper floor is in front of you. Kitchen, Dining, Pantry, Laundry to the left.To the right is fireplace, seating, powder room and 2 main floor bedrooms with on-suite bathrooms and a queen bed in each.Up the stair way, overlooks great room. From top of stair facing great room - to the right is office and Primary bedroom. To the left is a loft, 2 bedrooms each with a full bed, and an upper loft which is the playroom. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with 2 toilets, 2 showers and a 3 faucet trough sink. We call these our Jack and Jill bedrooms.SLEEPING:Each Bedroom can sleep 2 and has a Bathroom attached. Roll Away and Murphy Beds add more sleeping space when needed. The main floor hosts 2 bedrooms with queen beds and on-suite bathrooms. Upstairs, the Jack and Jill suite is two bedrooms with full beds and a shared bathroom between. The bath has 2 toilets, 2 showers and share a large trough sink.The primary bedroom is also upstairs and is connected to the office. The king bed and on-suite bath make this a great space to rest and recover. The office has a queen murphy bed.The loft also has a queen murphy bed. 4 Twin roll away beds can be used when needed to make Total sleeping capacity 18.COMMON SPACES:Amazing Full Kitchen and dining room with appliances and everything you may need to be comfortable.Great Room with its cozy gas fireplace, TV and plenty of seating.Powder RoomLoft with swings over looking the Great Room.Upper Fireplace NookSecret Playroom.Outside there is Outdoor Kitchen, Covered Seating, large patios, large deck under the Oak and Plenty of Parking and room to turn your 18 Wheeler around.
