This unique waterfront retreat offers sweeping ocean views from every room, and includes two separate living spaces! Second story, upper unit with 2 bedroom, full bath, open concept living room, kitchen, and dining area. Lower unit, connected by exterior staircase, provides additional master bedroom, full bath, kitchen and living room, with pull-out couch for added sleeping accommodations. Both levels have central air conditioning & separate entrances which you can use for yourself or share with visiting family or friends! Enjoy the beautiful sunrises and gorgeous ocean views from the wrap-around balcony and upper deck, as well as sprawling lower patio, pier, dock, and private stretch of beach!
