It has a nice spacious front deck to enjoy the view from throughout the day as well as a sunroom in the front. There are smart TV's in 3 out of the 4 bedrooms in this home along with a large smart TV in the living room. Please note that the oven in this kitchen is older and may take some time to preheat if you are planning on cooking. ***There are 3 vacation rentals on this property. This is the large main home which is connected to an addition that has an upstairs and downstairs unit. There is no access to the other units inside. Each unit has their own private and separate entrance.This property sits on top of a hill. There is an asphalt driveway that leads to the top with plenty of parking available.Weather and Outages! Please note: There will be no refunds in the unlikely circumstance that there is a power outage during your stay or if the weather is not cooperating. We do not have any control over the weather or outages caused by nature! We highly suggest you purchase travel insurance to be preventative in case something happens and you need to cancel.
