Filtered lake views and a private pier with lake access within a short walk!Open concept living with the primary bedroom/bathroom on the first floor with access to the back deck and hot tub.Please read our house rules and cancellation policy before booking. If you would like protect your trip for covered reasons outside of Airbnb’s policies, we recommend external trip insurance.Please treat our home with care and respect as if it were your own. During your stay, please take extra care to not leave food out overnight or unnecessarily as there are bears in Lake Tahoe. Please take out any trash in supplied trash bags and place outside in the locked ‘bear box’ trash bin.Check out is at 10am and our cleaning crew arrives promptly due to same day turnovers / check-ins. Please load the dishwasher and start the cycle. Please place any trash securely in the locked bear box out front (use the hanging key on the right side to open the door, and please remove the key from the keyhole once it's locked. Trash pickup is Wednesday morning). Please turn the heating down, lights off, fireplace off, and make sure doors are locked and bear wires activated.Thank you for treating our home with care!
