The Tahoe Pines HOA beach and pier is within easy walking distance, only 1/2 mile! An elegant kitchen, remodeled living area and master bedroom round out this comfortable 3 bedroom, 3 bath dog-friendly home. The lower level features a beautiful, modern, and fully-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, full bathroom, laundry facilities and 1 space in the garage. Upper level has two bedrooms, each with a Queen bed (one also has a Double futon), and a full bathroom. The plush Master Suite with King bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower (no tub) and small work space is above the garage but accessible from the main part of the house.It’s the little things that make a big impact: 60” SmartTV in the living room with Netflix, Amazon, and Hulu, and every bedroom has multiple USB connectors for charging your wireless devices! Relax after a long day in the mountains in the covered hot tub surrounded by snow or play horseshoes in the back yard while you soak in the filtered sun.Bedrooms:Bedroom 1 - Upstairs, Queen bedBedroom 2 - Upstairs, Queen bed plus Double futonBedroom 3 - Upstairs Master, King bedMust be at least 25 years old to rent.Prior approval is required to bring more than one dog to any dog-friendly property. All dogs must be at least one year old and must not be left unattended at the property unless crate trained.
