A must-see for any nature enthusiast! The backyard is the best part; a private haven with a bubbling creek, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere. Just 4 miles from the charming Tahoe City, the home is in an extremely convenient location. Three major ski resorts are within easy reach, two of them 15 minutes away and the other is 30 minutes away. This is a 2-level home. On the main floor, is one bedroom with a Cal King bed, along with the living room, kitchen, and dining area. Off the living room is access to the gorgeous backyard as well as a large patio that allows you to enjoy the forest vibes this home has. The main sofa on this floor pulls out into a Queen size bed. On the second floor are the two remaining bedrooms. One of the bedrooms accommodates a small patio where you can enjoy your Nespresso coffee, a workstation, and a Cal King bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a Queen size bottom bed and two “cubby closets” that all kids will love.
