A Quiet location in Chamberlands provides this beautiful A-Frame a cozy feel. The all glass front and huge deck make for a great place to unwind and escape to the wilderness. Featuring enough bed space for up to 8 people across 3 bedrooms and a loft. You will love the open floor plan with the kitchen, dining and living area adjacent to the warm gas stove. In the summer months, this house features access to Chamberlands HOA amenities, which has a tennis, pier, pool and private beach access. A shuttle runs during the summer, every 30 minutes, which gives you easy access to the amenities. D.L. Bliss, Sugar Pine and Emerald Bay are all just a short drive away and there is hiking trails walking distance away. In the winter you are just 5 minutes away from Homewood ski resort and 15 minutes to the Sherwood Access of Alpine Meadows ski resort. The front side of Alpine Meadows and Palisades Tahoe are about 30 minutes away. FEATURES:* Smart TV in the Living room* Smart TV in the downstairs bedroom.* Smart TV in the second floor larger bedroom * All glass front for beautiful views * Gas Fireplace * Chamberlands HOA access to pool, beach, pier, & tennis courts (summer) * BBQ on Deck (not guaranteed in winter)BEDROOM CONFIGURATION:- Bedroom #1: Master w/King Bed with smart TV- Bedroom #2: Queen Bed with smart TV- Bedroom #3: Queen Bed - not a private room- Loft: 4 Twins (access via ladder)PARKING:- Parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.Other things to Note:* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.* Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an usually hot spell.*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months. * Renters must be 25+ * Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults* This is a non-smoking home. * Pets are not allowed at this home. ***Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of electronically signed Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking the reservation***TOT Cert # 81611 Permit # STR22-4325**Available for 2025 ski lease starting as early at January 8, 2025. $4,900 per month for rent, garbage, internet and driveway snow removal.
