This home is located only 3 miles from base, making it the perfect location to celebrate your Marine's special day!This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home features a very comfortably sized first floor master suite as well as a large screened in porch just off the spacious living room - perfect for enjoying sun and moonrises over Battery Creek without the bugs! This home away from home also features a fully stocked kitchen, a breakfast area and 6 person dining table between the kitchen and living room. The second floor features two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom has 1 Queen sized bed and the second bedroom has a set of bunkbeds - full sized mattress on the bottom bunk and single mattress on the top bunk. Just off of of the upstairs bedrooms is an uncovered sun deck, with panoramic views of Battery Creek! Do you have a boat? Bring it and dock it in the community marina! Summertime is coming and boating and sandbar season is here! The marina offers daily, weekly, and monthly docking rates. Port Royal Landing is located right on Battery Creek. This is the perfect central location - halfway between downtown Beaufort and Port Royal (3 miles from each). Savannah, GA (40 miles away) and Charleston, SC (72 miles away) are both easy day trips.Come experience all of the beauty of the Low Country with all of the comforts of home you won't get from staying in a hotel!
