There is a fenced in backyard as well!The quiet community also has an island inspired bar and grill with waterside dining and tiki beverages.This home is pet friendly!Other things to note:Located 10 minutes from Historic Downtown Beaufort, 15 minutes from Parris Island, and about 30 minutes from Hunting Island State Park, this home is centrally located to easily explore all that our Sea Islands have to offer. There is one security camera on the front of the house looking over the front part of the outdoor property. Please be mindful that this property is in an HOA community, and the rules are strict when it comes to... NO oversized vehicles, meaning over 7 feet high NO Parking on the street overnight NO Parking in the marina parking lot NO Parking on the grass NO Parking a vehicle that blocks the mailbox or driveway of a resident Please be mindful of the stop signs and speed limit in PRL. We have several children living on Mariners CourtWe offer a Hunting Island State Park pass, good for one vehicle - failure to return pass will result in a $100.00 replacement fee!
