Any formal event you would like to hold at the property must be discussed with me at time of booking, and a accurate estimated number of guests must be communicated to me prior to booking. ~If you MUST bring Fido, please discuss beforehand. Please note my own border collie free roams and may greet you upon your arrival. ~Outdoor gas grill~Private house w/pool, large deck, hot tub. •Year-round outdoor private jacuzzi•Seasonal private pool; I usually cover it in late October•Ample off-street parking•Situated 1/2 way back from road on a one-acre parcel of land•Firepit ring on property with wood available for additional fee.Other things to noteHosts may perform pool/hot tub maintenance (vacuuming, chemicals, etc) at times, however, will not intrude on your stay. Pool chemicals are performed at night after everyone is finished swimming. Hot tub maintenance is usually done in the morning.
