This home is located in The Hideout a 4 season, recreational community with tons of amenities ALL year round!! Just two hours from NYC and Philadelphia this is the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy the peek-a-boo lake views!!This home accommodates 10 easily with plenty of space to spread out. Guest of this community will have access to all of the amenities included in their booking.This stunning and unique 5 bedroom 2.5 bath home offers a grand main floor with windows galore to enjoy the stunning peek-a-boo lake views!! You can walk to Brooks Lake where you can launch a canoe or kayak or take a short 5 minute ride to the main beach/pool/tiki bar/ski hill. The large, updated gourmet kitchen has everything you need to prepare a wonderful meal for the entire group!! The two-tiered deck offers the perfect amount of shade for enjoying a cup of coffee/tea in the morning, lunch in the afternoon or dinner the evening!! The home is also located on a quiet cut-de-sac. Don't miss out on this unique home!!****Please Note: This home is located in a secured, gated, private community. You will need to fill out a rental contract and agree to the community and house rules. Any violations will be subject to citations from the community and possible eviction from the property. It will be sent to you by our property manager upon booking. This will need to be completed and signed, (to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of your guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 6 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there. Items provided in the home to include games, appliances etc. are subject to change without notice.****
