The Expansive Private Dock Doubles as a Massive Waterfront Deck for Dining and Entertaining. The back yard is like a garden complete with pond, large lawn area and plenty of outdoor living space. Use of the large amount of water toys is included. This home has everything that you need to make this vacation your best one, EVER.Note: There are 5 fireplaces in this home. The propane one in the bonus suite is works, the propane one in the entry way works, the wood burning on in the amain floor living room works. The others are decorative only. ****Please Note: This home is located in a secured, gated, private community. You will need to agree to the community and house rules. Any violations will be subject to citations from the community and possible eviction from the property. We will email you upon booking to ensure you understand and agree to the community and house rules, and to ask for information to register your rental with the community. This will need to be completed within 48 hours of booking in order to keep your reservation. You may not exceed the maximum number of people allowed by the community, and the community does not allow more than 5 cars in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there. Items provided in the home to include games, appliances etc. are subject to change without notice.****
