The house screams LUXURY and equip for FUN and making memories. Experience the tranquility of the outdoors on 1,000+ sq ft of deck space and a 12 x 20 patio around the back of the house. Step inside to find a modern and open floor plan, flooded with natural light from large windows that offer stunning views. The living area is perfect for entertaining, with plenty of space for cozy nights in or hosting gatherings. Please note the home is in the process of being newly furnished. The photos are marked up versions of the currently empty space. The fully equipped kitchen is a dream, featuring high-end appliances and sleek countertops. You will have everything you need to cook your gourmet meals. The bedrooms are generously sized, offering comfort and privacy, while the bathrooms are elegantly designed! Or take a 4 minute drive to Roamingwood Lake and enjoy the Tiki Bar, beach and outdoor heated pool and splash pad...did we mention the free beach and pool passes? Other things to know before you go! There will be a registration form required to be filled out at least 3 days prior to your arrival for gate access. Rental manager will contact the primary renter after booking for completion. All drivers must show a valid drivers license and valid vehicle registration upon check in. There are no exceptions to this community requirement. There is a central trash facility for all owners and guests to use located within a few minute drive from the house. Trash is not picked up at the house and cannot be left at the house upon departure. Community can close any amenity at their discretion, including lake usage. Homeowner is not responsible for this and will not offer discounts or refunds for any closure, including weather related closures.
