Registration form will be sent upon booking.* Out driveway can accommodate ~ 6 vehicles * There is a speed limit within the community, following speed limit is mandatory or there can be a fine issued by the security that you will be responsible for* If a ticket/citation is issued during the duration of your stay, you and your group WILL be responsible for paying it.* No fireworks/flying lanterns within the community.* Pet fee is $40 per pet, per night* Trash/recycling must be brought to the community dumpster located by the front gate of the community, otherwise there will be a fine.* Guests use amenities at their own risk.* Please leave the house in the same condition as found* Please clean up the BBQ after you are done using it, otherwise there is a $30 cleaning fee * There is a $35 fee for each lost remote control* No loud music on the outside (please be mindful of our neighbors)* Maximum amount of guests allowed as per community regulations is 12 (Children under 3 do not count) * Please take your shoes off in the house to help us maintain cleanliness for you* Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times* SMOKING: Please no smoking in the house at any time! If you smoke outside, please keep the perimeter clean.* Generally we do not accept large groups of under 25 years old. Smaller groups will require an upfront deposit depending on the group size and age.
