This 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home accommodates 6 guests. The driveway has parking spaces for 2 cars, with additional street parking, if needed. The main entrance at the front of the home welcomes you into an open and cozy living and dining room, with comfortable seating, a smart television, electric fireplace, and a dining table with seating for 6. The kitchen is off the dining area and is equipped with an electric stove, traditional coffee maker, and the dishes, pots, and pans guests will need to create meals for their group. A convenient office nook is just off the kitchen with a desk for the members of the group who need to squeeze in some work during their trip.Bedroom 1 is located on the main level, just off the living room, and is home to a full-sized bed. The bathroom, with a shower/bathtub combo and single sink, is also on the main level. As you travel up the stairs to the upper level of the home, you will be greeted by two additional bedrooms. Bedroom 2 is complete with a queen sized bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds and is ideal for the smallest travelers in your group. A Pack N Play is also provided for the smallest members of your group. The unfinished basement is home to the full sized washer and dryer and has plenty of space for bike storage.At the end of a long day, North Lane Cottage is conveniently located within half a mile of all the dining options Downtown Brevard has to offer!
