Despite the seclusion, we are 1.5 miles to Crystal Mountain Golf Course, 2 miles to the ski hill, 16 minutes to Arcadia Dunes on Lake Michigan, and 45 minutes to Traverse City.Visit Crystal Mountain Resort for 4-season activities, a general store, restaurants, and a whole lot of fun! Crystal Mountain offers a-la-carte activities for all ages. Also nearby are area golf courses, ski hills, wineries, and only 15 minutes away is Lake Michigan! This house will be your home base as you enjoy all the local activities the area offers. *40 private acres of woods, perfect for hunting, ATVS, and hiking!Rental Policy:- No smoking of any kind or fireworks are permitted.- No events, parties, or large gatherings are permitted.- 2 Dogs allowed with pre-approval and pet fee paid in advance. $150 pet fee per pet. Important to Note:- The road and driveway to this property is an uphill gravel drive. The road is maintained through all seasons but may be difficult to navigate sometimes due to delayed plowing or heavy rains. Please plan accordingly. - Satellite WiFi connection may be affected by the weather. - Home does not have central AC, but plenty of fans and is naturally cooler due to the wooded area. To help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with Safely to provide all reservations with damage protection. This protection plan costs $49.00 for 1-29 nights, $249.00 for 30-59 nights, then $70.00 for each additional 30-night block. Also, by booking, you are giving this third-party permission to screen your identity and check it against their guest register and criminal databases.
