A walk out ( lift is just 100 steps away) and ski in unit! Fully equipped kitchen with new dishwasher, gas stove, and microwave. Gas fireplace, full size washer and dryer, and outdoor grill and fire pit are here for your use! The Tudor style chalet condo comfortably sleeps 10. Large screen tvs in living room, great room and upstairs bedroom. Master bedroom with king size bed, includes ensuite bathroom and private access to the upper large deck. Also includes flat screen cable tv. The 2nd floor includes loft living space with queen bed and armoire, with views out extra large windows. Second level also includes 2 separate bedrooms one has a king with tv and other is a queen(with a fire stick tv). Theyshare a full bathroom. New finished walk out basement features a private bedroom with queen bed and lush carpet. The 3rd full bathroom and great room with large screen cable smart tv, air hockey and soft darts is now ready!! We have recently added a separate zoned heating and cooling for the basement to keep you as warm as you need to be on those cold winter days.For your comfort we have also installed a state of the art REME HALO In duct whole home air and virus purifier and HEPA filtration system.Many activities are available at the Peek n Peak resort featuring skiing, golfing, indoor outdoor pool with water slide, putt putt, spa and zip lining and much more! (All are available although some may require a fee.) Many more activities nearby such as a casino, presque isle state park and the beautiful Chautauqua Institute. In the warmer seasons, our unit is a bird watchers paradise! Included is bird seed to keep the feeders full and nectar for the hummingbirds. Among others we get bluebirds, Orioles, and an array of woodpeckers(including the Pileated) , finches and jays!We have recently purchased this unit and upgrades are planned for every year!Peek n Peak resort facilities are included with your stay although some require a fee, please see pknpk website for up to date pricing. Also included is linens, WiFi , cable , starter laundry and dish detergent, toilet paper and paper towels and most kitchen spices, you just need to unpack!We offer flexible check-ins and check-outs if agreed upon before hand.We are not listed through the resort which means we are unable to offer you discounts and entertainment coupons but it does mean we are able to offer our home to rent at a lower cost of other resort listings!! YOU can choose what you want to spend your savings on! Also, we or our family members are the ones who will clean and respond to your needs instead of busy staff members, hopefully making your stay much more enjoyable!
