In 2013 it was fully renovated including salvage and restoration the original staircase and built in live edge bookshelves. Throughout the cottage you will see variations of art in every room, or step outside and enjoy the porch setting with the many wildflowers growing throughout the yard. The first floor offers a laundry room and a full size bathroom; A fully stocked kitchen with everything you would need, including a coffee grinder, waffle maker, and a commercial pizza over. Three barstools are located at the island for a quick bite to eat, or step onto the dining room that offers a beautiful wood table that can seat up to eight. Off of the dining room, there is a living room that showcases the live edge bookshelves, and a seating area. There is also an adjoining television room that has a flat screen television with a Roku for streaming Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus, etc (Guests must sign into their own account). The second floor has the four bedrooms. The first bedroom has two twin size beds; the second bedroom has full bed, and the third bedroom has a queen size bed. There is a full size bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The master bedroom finishes off the second floor; this private set room has a full size bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a bench seat. Down the adjoining hallway in the master bedroom opens up to a queen size bed. Ebenshire has an outdoor fireplace that is perfect for relaxing at night by the fire, or making memories with s'mores. This cottage sleeps up to eight. This is a non-smoking cottage. Pets are permitted with a non-refundable pet fee. Comcast fiber optic WiFi is available at Ebenshire, but cannot be guaranteed.
