You & your family can enjoy a home away from home during your stay in this newly redecorated privately owned and professionally managed vacation villa rental home. This is a 3 bedrooms vacation rental home which includes a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a spacious living room, 2 modern bathrooms, a laundry room, a pool with plenty of seating. There is a queen-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in each bedroom #2 & #3.The home sleeps up to 6, has 2 full bathrooms and a large 38 x 16 foot south facing screened in swimming pool that overlooks a beautiful wooded area. If you like a sunny pool this is the home for you. There are many stores and restaurant close by including 24hrs Walmart super center and a large shopping center. Located just 20 minutes from the entrance to Disney in a residential community. Fully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, linens, towels etc. and has a washer/dryer as well as fully air conditioned.Free WiFi internet access is included. There is a 55 inch TV in the family room and a 32 inch TV in all 3 bedrooms. The house will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival.Please note that there is a cleaning fee of $105.00 per stay, Check in time is 4 pm and check out is 10 am. If needed, 24 hour emergency help from our management company is a phone away. You get over 1600 sq.ft of living space, compared to the average hotel room of approximately 300 sq.ft. There is a 5 night minimum rental and no maximum. Optional pool heating is $25.00 per night including tax with a 5 night minimum. There is also a refundable security deposit of $250.00 required in addition to the rental fee. This is to insure against any damages and is fully refunded within 14 days after your checkout, assuming no problems are found. -- POLICIES --- No smoking- No pets allowed- No events, parties, or large gatherings- Additional fees and taxes may apply
