This is a prime fishing area (Brown and Rainbow Trout year-round, Salmon and Steelhead during runs) with its own kayak / canoe landing right on the river.Woods & Water Cabin is a riverfront property in the heart of the Manistee National Forest. Enjoy total privacy and seclusion while being convenient to Branch and Ruby Creek. Just 30 miles outside of Ludington. Enjoy our private yet year-round accessible cabin with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (King Bed in Bedroom #1 and Queen Bed in Bedroom #2) + full sleeper sofa in living room and a futon in the four seasons room. The TVs have been replaced with new Fire TVs for the 2024 season.The two bedrooms sleep 4 adults very comfortably and the Full pull-out sleeper sofa sleeps 2, as well as the futon. We pride ourselves in providing quality linens and bedding on top of our 5-star mattresses and pillows… you won’t want to leave! Let the river rock you to sleep in the Four Seasons Room. Down the road from Ruby Creek Tavern or River City Inn but is the ideal cottage to escape from the hustle and bustle of town.With easy access year-round (even in the winter – plowed roads to and from the cabin), you can enjoy all 4 seasons! Hiking, fishing, kayaking, tubing, sightseeing, swimming, canoeing, and even snowmobiling in the winter are all the things to enjoy at Woods & Water Cabin. Enjoy total privacy, the convenience of its central location, and the river all at the same time!Perfect for a honeymoon, family vacation, or just a peaceful escape, the cabin features a back porch and living room fireplace where you can unwind and listen to the river.
