Perfectly situated on the south side of the Marblehead Peninsula in the heart of the Lake Erie Islands area. it is directly on Sandusky Bay. Our private beach is literally steps from the house and we have great water views from every room and the patio Park your boat or jet skis right out front. Please see the map below.. The caboose pictured is the real thing and it is fantastic inside. It is heated and air conditioned. It has Bay views and its own HDTV. It is actually a big private bedroom perfect for a couple and 4 children,and is just steps from the house so its the perfect guest room. We recently added a screened room with beautiful lake views and perfect in the evening for talking or sitting around and having a few drinks.. Location Features:. 20 minutes from some of the best golf courses in the Midwest including Thunderbird Hills, Sawmill Creek and Oak Harbor Golf Club . 5 minutes from the Jet Express which takes you to the infamous Put in Bay and Lake Erie Islands. Minutes from the popular Cedar Point Amusement Park. Minutes to all types of shopping and Restaurants.. Great parking space for your boats, trailers, and extra vehicle's. We are on an acre of property.. This is the perfect vacation spot for Northern Ohio enthusiasts we are close to all the fun but were on the quiet side of the Peninsula. Enjoy a day at the beach throw on your flip flops and go thru the quaint town of Port Clinton. for shopping or to sample one of the many restaurants . A weekly stay here will certainly be extra special with your family and friends and were close enough to have them visit for the day.. The main level has a tidy living area with comfy seating and a flat panel HDTV. The 2 car garage has been turned into a rec room for the kids with large flat screen TV and a large dining room table, extra refrig. it is screened to keep away the bugs. The master bedroom has its own full bath with walk in closet. The house has 3 bedrooms + loft and two full baths. Master Bedroom has a queen sized bed the other two have singles. and TV. We have wifi internet. The house is not huge by any means but it is not a cottage either. Outside, between the home and the Bay, is a large patio with umbrella tables and plenty of outdoor furniture and a nice lawn separates Beach is steps from the house.. Enjoy a fire on the beach at night there is nothing quite like it. The home is decorated and furnished with outdoor themes and colors are meant to bring the outside in..
