The condo has an open floor plan so that one can gather in the kitchen or in the spacious living area and enjoy the views of the lake.The main living area has been furnished with new furniture that includes sofa, love seat, cocktail table, dining table and chairs, flat screen television and decor.The master bedroom has an expansive view of the lake and also new bedroom furniture, including bedding and decor.The guest bedroom, features two twin beds and has also been updated with fresh paint , and bedding.There is a half bath on the main floor that is equipped with a new washer and dryer.There is also a new air conditioning system recently installed.The amenities at The Shores are second to none. Beautiful landscaped grounds, a heated pool and hot tub and the best views of lake Erie islands. Not to mention the stunning sunsets you will enjoy from our private beach area.We are experienced veterans to the vacation rental business.
