Has generator for electricity - you will have to bring gasoline for generator- it is a pull start generator, and it will use about 5 gallons of gas per day, depending upon how long you keep it running. It has 2 full bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with bath tub with shower) in basement. 1/2 bath on 1st floor, and just a toilet on the second floor - Four toilets total.Lodge second floor has 1 bedroom with a king size bed; 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed with a set of bunk beds (full size on bottom and single on top); and an open loft area with 4 bunk beds with an additional 5 single mattresses - each of the bunk beds has either a full sized mattress or a queen sized mattress. Can sleep up to 25 - 30 people.First floor kitchen has a propane commercial range with 6 burners and an electric stainless steel refrigerator. Fully stocked with pots and pans as well as plates, bowls and silverware. First floor also has a board room sized table that seats 12 as well as a table that seats 6. Also has a wood stove for primary heat source. Has also 5 couches, 2 love seats, and 4 individual chairs. Has a 42” flat screen TV with CD player as well as VCR. Basement has a garage with a furnished workbench as well as a wood stove for heat in basement, a well as the 2 full bathrooms mentioned above.120 acres of property with plenty of trails for walking. Has a stream with a beaver dam, with good fishing for native trout, Also about 2 miles away from a trout, stocked creek. If you are into ATVing or dirt biking, there a miles and miles of trails and of dirt roads to ride on..If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of life for a period of time, this is the place to be...If there are no clouds at night, you can look up to the sky, and see the stars with an unobstructed view,and see the majestic handiwork of our creator.You MUST bring your own drinking water, as water throughout the Lodge is captured from downspouts from the roof - and is not treated to use as drinking water...
